* Each lease includes a $100 monthly utility package to be paid in addition to rent. Monthly utility package of $100 per bedroom includes electricity, heat and a/c, basic cable, HBO, internet service, water, and sewage. New for the 09/10 school year, we will keep track of your utility charges and if you spend lesss than the $100 per month charge on an annual basis, we will refund you the difference at the end of your lease; if you go above, you will be responsible for the difference. Baasically, we put your utilities in our name so you don't need to put up the deposits and risk your credit; and we will only charge you for what you use.
